Better than is in realism gameplay, but not graphics. Better than CS1.6 in every aspect if your into true realism. |

alright, well i just installed it but its asking for et.exe when i click on shortcut, what do i do? |

True Combat Elite is a total conversion mod for Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory. You need to install Enemy Territory first (it's also free). |
