You can play W:ET and TC:E on a pretty low end video card if you have patience and want to do some manual config file tweaking.

The amount of RAM on the card will have less significance then the other features like how fast the GPU is clocked and how many render pipelines it has -- 64 will be fine if the card isn't ancient...

Are you looking at buying specific video cards, or something at a specific price point? It might be more helpful to post your needs in a bit more depth...

Anything 32mb and higher whould work with it. The engine doesn't limit a lot of people.

I have a 256-mb and am getting the 512-mb when it comes out. :D

Just to make sure:

A 64Mb IGP with OpenGL support should work, make sure to update all chipset drivers.

A 32Mb videocard with full OpenGl support is your best bet for a minimum videocard to get TCE running.

For absolute sureness, get a 128Mb OpenGL compatible videocard which are pretty much standard these days. This is sufficient to run TCE at 90 fp on max settings at 1024x768. If you want a higher resolution or use antialiasing, make sure your HW can take it.
