Dear Coroner, can whats left of the community please have an unlocked version cqb. Of course this can be done with out your approval (ie cracking and such) but I'm sure everyone would much rather it was legit. |

Also, the mapping tools (CQB's improved q3map2) and possibly a source code for anyone willing to continue the project. |

Hi, as soon as I get on it I will compile an unlocked version of CQB which also runs on ETL. I will release my q3map2 sources and all map sources with that version, but I have to dig this out. My plan is to have Bodycount Demolition CTF As the gametypes are mini mods in TCE/CQB my plan is to add a new asymetric gametype which brings us back to how it all began. The gametype will oppose two teams against one stronger opponent (which was originally the "terminator" in Q3T). I currently more think about steam punk style, stay tuned. Like this all classic game styles that ever occurred in Q3T-TCE are unified within one framework as minimods. I am sorry but it'll take some time because I am very busy IRL and it has to be a clean package. Thanks, cor |

So after seeing that message, and after hearing all the people crying to unlock CQB, I just hope they will actually follow thru with their projects and support the game. That means play it too. In order for the community to live, you must do these things. |

I was thinking to make a bin laden house map. Does that mean I have to redo it to work in CQB? CQB levels still use gtkradiant right? http://i.imgur.com/axaHqrf.jpg http://i.imgur.com/2gO9WVE.jpg |

So CQB can not have normal spawn like TCE? I just think there will be more players when there are maps based on real world locations. Who want to play fantasy make believe crap anyway ![]() |

The thing with real locations, they're not really optimized for mp gameplay. |
