We cant afford to use the site's limited bandwith to distribute WET as of now. THe site has been having problems since we share bandwith with other webistes on the same server. SInce TCE.US gets over 20,000 unique visitors a day, we really cannot support that many downloads of WET on our servers. Please beare with us as we try to figure this out. Right now, WET can be downloaded from various download websites.
