We should have the community gather homemade screenshots, videos, and wallpapers to fill the media section. Since there hasnt been much content there, maybe the community could help bring some stuff for visitors to look at. What do yuo guys think, should we submit or screenshots, videos, and wallpapers?

i like to some TC:E wallpapers, but with manga/anime/comic style.
so TC:E will have some concept's for the fans to look at,
that would be fun. and evry game always have some concept art,
if the devs hired someone who can create that,
than TT will make one step further towards professionalism,

The website is kind of incomplete I know. It's basically this way because 0.49 will make many things obsolete on the site, so we've kind of kept some aspects bare for the time being.

Regarding the Media Section:

Screenshots: We basically were going to incorporate the one "TCENA Media Album" from our Gallery on there. It's basically the largest screen resource of tce (move over tc.com) Hehe.

Official Maps: 0.49 is having new, re-worked maps, so we will just have to wait to see screens of these babies.

Videos & Wallpapers: Trauma and I once stated that these sections would be open to the community for contribution.

Media/Press Kit: Something I should put together, but I guess never got around to it. Don't beat me!

So yea, what Xeno is asking is an awesome idea. I'd love to be able to showcase works that this community has put together. Maybe we can make a specific thread where people can post their stuff to? That way its easier for the staff to grab a hold of it and notice it.

P.S. Dragon, while those are lovely images, I've seen you post them on three threads right now. Can you keep it to one only in the future? Thanks.

so you might think i posted in 3 threads, but its only in 2 threads.

Give me ultra high resolution screenshots of gameplay in action without the horribly eyecatching hud and chatbox and I can cook up alot of high quality wallpapers.

Any media/wallpaper progress?

first I need to figure out how to get some screenshots without the hud. then maybe try antialiasing it to get half the work done. Anyone who can provide these stuff, that would be helpful.

Her point is that is that is really annoying to see the same images appear in other threads regardless if you deleted them or not.

And it isn't "only" two threads. Remember this. One thread turns to 2 threads which turns to 4 threads which turns to 8 threads... It's like a chain reaction before the thermonuclear blast of post happy pictures...

Probably not that severe, but I'm trying ot help out.

I'm wondering, can you get rid of the hud via-options menu?

If the dev's could pm me some debugging keys I could make some pretty kickass screenshots which I could Photoshop CS up.
