If coroner decided to keep the perks, maybe it would be good idea to give ideas/feedback now, before it is too late.
With the "grenadier" it would be probably a good idea to give the Techkit (to future OBJ-mode) with an perk for faster defuses and plants. Using nade spot for this sucked always. So maybe "bomb specialist" or something?
Does the engine allow things like faster weapon change or faster reload? Increasing/decreasing the footstep sounds? Can those make you hear opponent quick chatting? Maybe they would be overpowered, dunno.
Now that we have that new awesome compass, maybe somekind of "jamming device" would be one perk idea. With that the enemies wouldn't see you in their compasses as an red dot? Again, not sure if that is possible. This would be more efficient during funwars anyways.
I think that the "steady aim" is quite powerful, maybe it would be possible to change the accuracy only when you are really aiming? I think it also affects the "hip-firing accuracy"? True?
"Commando" is a pretty neat idea, but the Sniper slot 1 still kills with one knife slash, maybe it would give people courage to try this perk, if it would do something else also, like reducing (or totally preventing) falling damage? Maybe even make the knife range longer?
Somekind of Sniper-related perk would also be cool. Maybe one that really makes the sight bigger? Takes away most of the sway? Or maybe one that just decreases the recoil?
I don't enjoy the fast regen very much, so maybe just an simple perk to give you slightly more armor. Slightly, maybe just 20% or less. It should punish you also, like make you move slower or even take so much room, that it would be only perk you can take.
