Yep, like you said the question is not even here, you will always have people willing to cheat in a game (whatever game it is).
The question is more about the anticheat system "sucks/works" and about of the "amount of cheaters" in the whole players basis.
If you check those 2 items, you obviously cant tell the game dirty ... or people just prefer the "hax excuse", the easy one.

Hello people, hope we can find love in the community and bring the game to new level... Maybe if everyone start to talk more on ts, and sharing ideais/suggestions/... " Unite the people " more or less these ideia 
The cheat prob... well like i sayd above, the union of people would also share positive vibes to support anti-cheating, etc...
Cheats are like drugs in sports, you can win that time (match) but indeed you are a loser.
So yeah lets make "love" and positive vibes for tce, 0.50 or not TCE is TCE.

i loved to read them first years of tc:e.
why not make something new out of this community.
i think about racist jokes, jews, mexicans, etc. That would be funny if we take one jew from our community and start picking on him.
