As to how much realistic should the game be:
I say we don't need a too much realistic game. Why? We alredy have AA3 and if THAT game is not realistic/tactical enough then i dunno what else...
The current TC:E is already pretty close to a well balanced game between realism and arcade-style. Let me show you what i mean here:
UT,CS,ET<-------------CoD----------||---TC:E------------------------> AA3
more Arcade <-------------------------------------------------> more realistic
The || in the middle is where I think CQB should head... so yes a bit more to arcade style. What does this include? I can think of small things, like:
- Slightly increased sprint movement speed
- Slightly increased sprint->ADS movement speed
- More ways to kill/humiliate players(?)
- Better radar/compass
- Abort reloading
Big changes:
- New game modes: something like Assault in the UT games - respawning+multiple objectives(?)... Maybe Domination mode (securing control points)
- If there will be a campaign mode, then maybe online Co-op... Assault mode could help the players keep up with the storyline.
I'm playing TC:E for 3 years now. Can't wait for the new one Smile

Tce is indeed in center since one headshot wont kill. You dont have to bandagne. Cocking animation always ultra much stamina
Now i picked up TC the original true combat i though it was impressive realistic and i think CQB should be going little higher state of realism than TC and why? I have always though that Tc made so good job with quake 3 engine and desing animations and stuff whole true combat serries means to me whole new state of realism with old engine and still impressive arcade-like feeling and now CQB should push milestone farther for other mods and kick some serioysly old engines ass for see how much it can take before it will be raped by newer games

example weapon colision.non zooming ironsight. Iron sight moves more freely on your sight not on center always. Weapon leans always littlebit more to side where you are coming from (tce haves this property) lens/scope is not full circle on your vision always when you move .very realistic weapon damage.possibly to broke your weapon atachemt when taking enemy fire. And last my favourite this is probaply on AA3.... Ironsight wont be at proper place after many hits and shots (too much left or right)
Pretty much every of those things are inclueded on infilitration/ground branch but i dont mean CQB should copy every idea xD

Assault... Omg i bet this game is made by 5 people o....o how they can make such a large game mode since there is about 75 active players daily in tce and over half play on servers dedicated to their clan
