Dear coroner as you progress in your making of CQB, you'll hopefully address the bugs that have been brought to attention.
Several of the bugs do exist in tce as well since CQB where based on the coding from Tce.
Tce would greatly benefit from the implantation of bugfixes that where made for CQB.
I'm guessing that implenting them into tce wouldn't be so difficult because of the similarities in the code.
I hope you'll have a thought about this and consider it a service to all of us that still play tce.

UMADSIS?

To those who still play TCE including myself. After reading Coroner's blog post addressing any future bug fixing to TCE, I can totally understand why there wouldn't be any more fixes/patches for TCE. But TCE is over 5 years old now. Sure people are mad because the Team dispersed and stopped further development on TCE. As much as I liked, and still like TCE, I think we need to move forward and stop living in the past. I'm not saying we should stop playing, just embrace the new experiences and new features in CQB. Just think if Coroner never came back. You would still be playing TCE and would still be playing it "AS IS".

But Coroner is back, and with a whole new game. New possibilities and New Code! He may implement better graphics for WET while conglomerating with other coders. To me Coroner is listening to a lot of people's whining and is addressing the more important issues. For that I am grateful.

Anyway, I wanted to add a couple of things,

Shotguns: I was in game and this guy was using the shotgun like a sniper. I was like over 100 yards away and he got a one shot one kill several times. Unrealistic.

Question: Is it possible to implement shooting of cans, or any other objects to make them move in WET?

Usually I agree with stealth, but not this time.
Any of the guns isn't overpowered.
If it is, try it for yourself, you'll see its fine.

There is always lucky shots.


Every weapon do NEED more stopping power, that is true.

I'll take your blogpost as a no and that's sad news, since the games do more complement each other rather then compete against each other.
I would also say it's quite "greedy" (lack of better words to use), since it more or less would be a copy and paste job.
Also not see the differences between TCE and games like cod 4 and so on is quite strange...
But well just have to accept that and see if CQB will be able to compete against other games.
